Pennrose has announced the addition of Michelle Militello as Vice President of Asset Management. Michelle will focus on maximizing the financial performance and value of the Pennrose portfolio. She will be responsible for analyzing, measuring, and reporting on property financial and operating metrics, and will work closely with the property operations team to improve outcomes.

“We are excited to have Michelle join our team,” said Richard K. Barnhart, Chairman and CEO of Pennrose. “Her in-depth knowledge of our industry and asset management will provide additional support to our property operations team.” 

For the past 10 years, Militello served as Vice President of Tax Credit Equity Investments for Bank of America where she was the senior asset manager responsible for approximately 50 direct LIHTC investments. Her 20-plus years of industry experience also includes roles in community development and portfolio management.

Militello holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
