The Chamber of Schenectady County honored several Schenectady County businesses and individuals at the Annual Business Awards for the positive contributions they have made to the community. The organizations and businesses have been selected as they help the economic vitality of Schenectady County to flourish, and ultimately improve the quality of life for all residents. Northside Village by SMHA + Pennrose - Renaissance Award This project brings affordable housing to Schenectady, for a wide range of income levels. The community also features apartments supported by Project-Based Vouchers, as well as units specifically reserved for veterans and individuals with special needs. Enhanced by community spaces like a new fitness center and resident lounge.
