Pennrose Promotes Jacob to Vice President of Operations
Pennrose is pleased to announce the promotion of Sharon Jacob to Vice President of Operations. Jacob will provide property management oversight to nearly 4,000 units and support of the regional teams in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. She previously served as Regional Property Manager for Pennrose for 10 years.
“Sharon’s depth of experience in all aspects of multifamily housing will help support our team members throughout her portfolio,” said Lisa Landis, Senior Vice President of Property Management at Pennrose. “It is always a great opportunity to promote a talented and successful member of the organization.”
With over 35 years of industry experience, Jacob was a Regional Manager for other firms in New Jersey providing oversight, budgeting, and staff selection and retention. She has broad experience with multifamily management, including market-rate, affordable, lease-up, and stabilized assets.
Jacob attended Widener University and holds designations for Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), and holds a New Jersey Real Estate license. Additionally, she has served on numerous boards including Vice President of PennDelAHMA and the Education Board of the New Jersey Apartment Association. She was awarded New Jersey Apartment Association’s Regional Manager of the Year in 2012, 2013, and 2017.
