Hancock Joins Pennrose Property Management Executive Team

Pennrose has announced that Mack Hancock has joined the organization as Vice President of Operations for the Property Management Company. Hancock, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, will provide property management leadership and oversight for properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. He is experienced in Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, Tax Exempt Bond, HOPE VI, Conventional, Elderly, RAD, PBRA/PBV, and luxury urban development and management.
“We are excited to have someone with Mack’s experience join our team,” said Lisa Landis, Senior Vice President of Property Management with Pennrose. “His industry knowledge and leadership style will enhance the support and guidance we provide to our site teams.”
Hancock most recently served as Senior Vice President for H. J. Russell & Company’s Property Management and Development divisions. This role included leading Russell New Urban Development, LLC (RNU), Russell’s real estate development arm. He was also responsible for RNU’s overall management and growth, in addition to being responsible for all property management operations.
Hancock has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in Business Administration. He holds two graduate certifications from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development and several industry certifications, including Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), Specialist Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and is currently pursuing his Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification with IREM.
