• Pre-applications are now available for download at the 'Apply Now' link above. Please reach out ASAP if you need one mailed to you. Don't wait! Applications are processed in the order they are received.
• Please review the income qualifications on the 2nd page of the Flyer linked above before submitting a Pre-application.
• Pre-application MUST be filled out in its entirety to be eligible for housing. One pre-application needed per household.
• Pre-applications MUST be returned via US Mail and should be addressed to: TEMPO, PO BOX 56033, Philadelphia, PA 19130
• Screening charges will apply unless an applicant provides an official state criminal background and a credit report.
• Pre-applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until all apartments are occupied, after which a waiting list will be established. The Tempo leasing office will reach out to schedule an appointment with qualified applicants.
  

Tempo is a brand new mixed-use, mixed-income development in the Fox Point neighborhood. The community is comprised of 66 residential studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom rental apartments, resident amenity spaces, a childcare facility, and a ground floor storefront. The community blends market rate, middle-income, and deeply affordable apartments, typical of many highly successful mixed-income developments that support economic development and anchor Innovation Districts.

The childcare facility and additional storefront at Tempo, along Alves Way and City Walk, will play a role in making adjacent South Main Street – long a high-speed, auto-oriented corridor – into an active and pedestrian-friendly piece of the Innovation District and Fox. The community is located directly adjacent to I-195, is well-served by a number of local bus routes, and abuts the popular City Walk bicycle and pedestrian path.
