Hildebrand Commons is one six-story building with sixty-six (66) units of senior affordable housing. There will be sixty (60) one-bedroom units and six (6) two-bedroom units, on-site management and maintenance space, a community room, fitness center, and additional amenity space.

Hildebrand's 66 senior units will all be affordable and include AMIs ranging from 20% to 60%. A total of five (5) units will be 20%, thirty-five (35) will be 50%, twenty-five (25) 60%, and one (1) super's unit. A total of forty-eight (48) units will have RAD vouchers at 110% of FMR, as well as thirty-nine (39) RCA units.

The 0.48 acre site was the original site of 70 senior public housing units within a ten-story tower known as Hoffman Pavilion.
