Village at Nauset Green is a brand new family rental development currently under construction in Eastham, MA. The 65-unit development will feature 27 one-bedroom, 31 two-bedroom, and 7 three-bedroom apartments available for various income tiers.
The design for Village at Nauset Green aims to evoke the local Cape Cod style and create a small village feel for residents and the community at large. The community will be centered around two common green spaces that will offer recreation opportunities for people of all ages.

From Inland: Take MA-3 S toward Cape Cod. Continue onto US-6 E when you reach Sandwich, MA and follow route for 5 miles. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on US-6 E. Turn right onto Brackett Road and Village at Nauset Green will be on your right just past Sam's Deli.
