McAuley Station is a brand new mixed-income, family rental community currently under construction in southeast Atlanta. The new community is being developed in partnership with Saint Joseph’s Health System, Inc. (Mercy Care), an organization that brings healthcare to the most vulnerable, with a strong emphasis on serving the homeless. The 170-unit development is being built adjacent to Mercy Care's facility that is undergoing an expansion and will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes available at a variety of income tiers (ranging from 30% to 80% AMI).
