  • Pre-applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until all apartments are occupied, after which a waiting list will be established.

From Points North: Take US-5 S (Broad Street). Turn right onto N. Colony Road and continue for 2.4 miles. Take slight left onto Center Street and then turn right onto State Street Exd. Continue onto State Street and Meriden Commons will be on your left across from Meriden Green park at the intersection of State Street and Mill Road.

From Points South: Take US-5 N (Broad Street). Make a left onto E. Main Street and continue for 2.4 miles. Turn right at Catlin Street and then another right at Pratt Street. Make a quick left onto Mill Street and Meriden Commons will be on your right.
