Pennrose & Home Leasing: The Path Forward
Contour Housing Partners (Contour), Pennrose’s subsidiary focused on housing preservation, is under contract with Home Leasing to acquire its interests in 33 affordable housing communities across New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
The signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) on March 18th started a 150-day diligence period that includes onsite visits by PMC and consultants and the development of detailed business plans for each asset. The acquisition of the portfolio is scheduled to occur in later 2026 with Pennrose Management Company assuming management of the properties in several phases.
