Pennrose Foundation Welcomes Lindsey Samsi to Board of Directors

Experienced Senior Developer Brings Philadelphia Area Real Estate Development Expertise to Foundation Leadership
The Pennrose Foundation, dedicated to elevating communities and empowering lives through affordable housing initiatives, announced the appointment of Lindsey Samsi to its Board of Directors. Samsi brings more than 10 years of real estate development experience and deep expertise in affordable housing to her new role supporting the Foundation's mission.
"Lindsey’s extensive experience in affordable housing development, combined with her passion for Philadelphia community impact and proven leadership within Pennrose, makes her an invaluable addition to our board," said Mark H. Dambly, Pennrose Foundation Board President. "Her firsthand understanding of how quality housing transforms lives aligns perfectly with our Foundation's mission."
Currently serving as Senior Developer for Pennrose, Samsi has total responsibility for the successful development of multiple projects in varying stages of development across Philadelphia. She is particularly adept at building relationships throughout the Philadelphia area and leading community engagement.
"I am honored to join the Pennrose Foundation Board of Directors and contribute to our mission of supporting initiatives that benefit families, children, individuals, and seniors," said Samsi. "Having witnessed firsthand the transformative power of quality affordable housing through my development work, I'm excited to help expand the Foundation's impact."
Samsi's commitment to community development extends beyond her professional role. She is actively involved in several organizations, including Women in Housing and Finance of Pennsylvania (WHF-PA), Project HOME’s Rising Leaders Committee, the Board of Directors for the Community Partnership School (CPS), the Signature Events Development Committee of the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations (PACDC), the Annual Giving Committee of the Pennrose Foundation, and the Temple University College of Liberal Arts (CLA) Alumni Board.
Samsi earned her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University with a double major in Geography & Urban Studies and Environmental Studies, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of urban development and environmental considerations in community planning.
