Pennrose, a national leader in the development and management of high-quality mixed-income and mixed-use housing, announced the addition of Dr. Janel Field as director of talent development.

With more than 15 years’ experience in organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy, Field will lead Pennrose’s leadership development and succession planning initiatives to ensure business goals are aligned with talent capabilities. She is also responsible for collaborating with Pennrose department leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth across the enterprise.

“Janel has an impressive track record of building stronger teams, developing internal talent, and driving sustainable business growth,” said Kim Moffa, vice president of human resources. “She will be an invaluable addition to Pennrose’s leadership development team during an exciting time of organizational growth and positive momentum.”

Prior to joining Pennrose, Field most recently served as executive director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she supported a global workforce of over 100,000 employees and led initiatives focused on workplace experience, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Her previous roles at JPMorgan included vice president of change management and global head of team development. She also held organizational development positions with Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

“I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations thrive by cultivating positive, high-performance workplaces,” added Field. “Pennrose is not only a leader in mission-driven housing but is widely recognized as one of the industry’s top workplaces. I look forward to empowering and supporting the team to continue making an impact in the communities we serve.”
