Soria is a brand-new, 63-unit mixed-income housing community thoughtfully designed to meet the diverse needs of East Greenwich residents. The development features a blend of 30 one-bedroom and 33 two-bedroom apartments, offering a range of affordable and middle-income options.

Homes at Soria are supported through Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers from the East Greenwich Housing Authority and 811 vouchers from Rhode Island Housing, making 30% AMI units accessible to those with the greatest need. Additional apartments are available at 60% AMI, as well as workforce housing options for individuals and families earning between 100% and 120% of the Area Median Income.
