Man An House 萬安樓 (F/K/A 800 Vine Senior) is a new construction, 100% affordable, senior development consisting of studios, one-, and two -bedroom units within a five-story building at the Chinatown neighborhood of Philadelphia. All the units are Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units.
Man An House has a large community room, fitness center, common laundry on each floor, and on-site management space. An on-site Community Impact Coordinator plans intergenerational events and programming for the residents and those of the surrounding neighborhood.
