Aston Heights is a brand new family rental development located in Newark, NJ. The 154-unit development will consist of both apartments and townhomes. The complex will also have 7,000 SF of neighborhood retail space. The subsidized units will be filled by the Newark Housing Authority, but at this time their waitlist is closed.

Choose from several one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Each residence features a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups in each unit, Central A/C, and more. Community amenities include a community room on the top floor, resident fitness center, on-site parking, and a 24-hour security guard.

Turn right onto Market St/Rte 510. Make a slight right onto Market St. Take the 1st left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

From Points South: Take I-95 N/NJ Turnpike. Take exit 13A toward NJ-81 N. Keep left at the fork and merge onto NJ-81 N. Keep left at the fork. Continue straight. Keep left at the fork to continue toward NJ-21 N. Keep right at the fork and merge onto NJ-21. Exit onto Broad St. Turn left onto Murray St. Turn left onto Clinton Ave. Make the 1st right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
