Swifts Landing is a brand new 93-unit family and senior rental community currently under construction in Wareham, MA. One-, two- and three-bedroom affordable and workforce apartments are available at various income tiers. 44 of the 93 apartments will have age restrictions, available to seniors 62 and older.
Residents will enjoy spacious floor plans, modern kitchens with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer (senior building has shared laundry facilities). Community amenities include an inviting clubhouse with outdoor patio, a fitness center, and play area for children.
LOTTERY RESULTS:
The assignment of a lottery number indicates your placement in the lottery. Please note that there is a preference for 70% of the units for those who live, work or have children who go to school in Wareham.
