- Lottery applications are now available for download via the link above (one pre-application should be submitted per household). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need one mailed to you.
- Signed and dated lottery applications can be returned via email, fax (413.241.7579) or US Mail and should be addressed to: Pennrose, Attn: FORGE, 1301 N. 31st Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121
- If you are returning the application via EMAIL, please put your full name in the subject line.
- Pre-applications must be submitted electronically or postmarked by 7/14/25 to be entered into the lottery.
- The lottery will take place on Microsoft Teams on 7/28/25. A link to register to attend the live lottery will be available on this website. It is not necessary to attend the lottery.
- The full application and interview process will begin immediately following the lottery with all eligible applicants catalogued into their lottery selection slot.

Forge is a brand new mixed-income housing community currently under construction in Lenox, MA. The development will include 65 apartments within 13 townhome-style buildings, and a community clubhouse. Each building at Forge will contain 5-6 apartments, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments available at various income tiers (30, 60, 120% AMI). Apartments will have their own entrances at a new road loop, which is strategically laid out to maximize the preservation of the existing wooded environment and tree cover.
Apartment amenities will include open-concept floor plans with in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and resident controlled heating and cooling. Residents will enjoy indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, a community clubhouse with fitness center, and more. Forge's location on a major roadway and bus route provides access to town resources and amenities, creating convenient, high-quality housing for Lenox families. First move-ins are currently slated for August 2025.
