95 Everett - Coming Soon!

95 Everett Street will be an 88-unit, transit-oriented, mixed-income development in Boston’s Allston-Brighton neighborhood. This project represents a very special opportunity: to bring highly transit-oriented affordable housing to a Boston neighborhood that has been underserved, establishing an anchor for affordability and housing stability in a community that is experiencing rapid change.

The building will be a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with 100% of units income- and rent-restricted. 73 of the project’s 88 proposed units are to be LIHTC-eligible affordable units, including 18 units serving households earning 30% or less of AMI. The building will offer a community room, roof terrace, and full on-site management suite. The ground floor will include an approximately 1,400 square foot retail space for a local business or cultural use. 95 Everett will be built to Passive House sustainability standards.

Construction is underway and expected to be completed in Summer 2027.
