Doverbrook Apartments is a revitalized community offering modern and affordable housing in Easton, MD. This exciting project involves the complete repositioning and modernization of a 40-year-old, 50-unit public housing community. Through the HUD’s Streamlined Voluntary Conversion program, each of the existing units will now benefit from project-based vouchers, ensuring continued affordability. Additionally, 14 new project-based vouchers have been secured, expanding our commitment to affordable housing.

The renovation plan includes a one-for-one replacement of the 50 existing units and the addition of 14 brand-new apartments spread across five residential buildings. Our community building is also being upgraded to include expanded recreational spaces and enhanced facilities.

Doverbrook Apartments stands as a beacon of sustainability, aiming for Silver-level certification under the National Green Building Standard. The project will be Energy Star-certified and meet the Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Homes standards. Our focus on green and energy-efficient features ensures a healthier living environment and reduced energy costs for residents.
