Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations at Pennrose Management Company, Christina Cherepko drives operational excellence by developing strategic initiatives and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional service to residents. Christina oversees regions and teams in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. totaling more than 46 properties and 3,451 units.
Christina began her career in customer service and transitioned to property management in 2008, where she found her passion for affordable housing. She joined Pennrose in 2016 as a Property Manager, was promoted to Regional Property Manager overseeing a region in New Jersey in 2019, and promoted to Vice President of Operation in 2025.
Christina holds multiple certifications including Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist – Public Housing, Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), and holds a New Jersey Real Estate License.
