As Director of Acquisitions, Jeffrey Ehrlich spearheads Contour Housing’s strategy to acquire, stabilize, and preserve high-quality affordable rental housing across the country. He oversees the strategic identification, financial structuring, and underwriting of multifamily investment opportunities, collaborating closely with Contour’s leadership, analysts, and affiliates, including Pennrose and Pennrose Management Company (PMC). Jeff is responsible for leading all aspects of the acquisition process, from initial identification and due diligence through closing and stabilization.

Prior to joining Contour, Jeff served as vice president, head of acquisitions and dispositions at Olive Tree Holdings, where he led a team responsible for sourcing and closing more than 10,000 units, including over 3,000 affordable units, and led acquisition negotiations across diverse U.S. markets. His earlier roles at Deutsche Bank and Con Edison provided a strong foundation in financial strategy, underwriting, and market analysis within the real estate and energy sectors.

Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with specializations in finance, real estate, and strategy, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
