Vice President of Compliance
As Vice President of Compliance for Pennrose, Kurt Fredenburgh takes full responsibility of company-wide compliance activities to ensure all properties within the managed portfolio, third-party compliance portfolio, and all additional properties where Pennrose partners have a vested interest operate in compliance with the affordable housing programs in effect for those properties. Kurt supervises the Pennrose auditor team to successfully provide a high level of accurate advice and response to field staff questions and processing in compliance as well as in conformance with company policy.
Kurt joined Pennrose in 2011 as a compliance auditor. He was promoted to Director of Compliance in 2017. Prior to Pennrose, Kurt was a compliance auditor for Pinnacle where he oversaw a large diverse affordable housing portfolio which included stabilized properties as well as lease up properties.
