
Janel Field
Director of Talent Development
As Director of Talent Development, Janel Field leads Pennrose’s leadership development and succession planning initiatives to ensure business goals are aligned with talent capabilities. She is also responsible for collaborating with Pennrose department leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth across the enterprise.
Janel brings more than 15 years’ experience in organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy to the role. Prior to joining Pennrose, Janel most recently served as Executive director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she supported a global workforce of over 100,000 employees and led initiatives focused on workplace experience, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Her previous roles at JPMorgan included Vice President of Change Management and Global Head of Team Development. She also held organizational development positions with Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Janel earned her bachelor's degree from University of Dayton and master’s from Colorado State University Global. She also holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University.
