Northside Village, formerly known as Yates Village, has been thoughtfully transformed through a comprehensive multi-phase redevelopment led by the Schenectady Municipal Housing Authority (SMHA) in partnership with Duvernay + Brooks, LLC. Today, the revitalized community offers 300 high-quality, affordable apartment homes, created through both the rehabilitation of existing residences and newly constructed buildings.
