The community was developed by Pennrose Properties, LLC, in partnership with the Long Branch Housing Authority and Maestro Community Development Corporation. It was designed by WRT and MidAtlantic Engineering.

    For the third year, Pennrose has been honored with a “Healthiest Employer” Award by the Philadelphia Business Journal. The award is given to companies in the Greater Philadelphia area that offer exemplary wellness services and programs for their employees. Anderson Apartments. Located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia’s arts and entertainment area, it is one of the first LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender)-friendly senior affordable apartment buildings in the country. The opening attracted a large number of state and city officials, many who spoke at the event.
