Each year, Multifamily Executive Magazine honors the multifamily industry's best and brightest projects, leaders and initiatives through its national awards competition. Pennrose developments were selected as the Grand award in the Mixed-Income category for The George and a Merit award in the Senior category for John C. Anderson Apartments. The awards were presented on Wednesday, September 24, at the awards luncheon at the Multifamily Executive Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

It was designed by WRT and MidAtlantic Engineering.
