Pennrose Welcomes New Development Employees and Summer Interns

Pennrose welcomed the arrival of five new development team members and six 2020 Summer Interns who will support the development, accounting, and asset management teams. The individuals participated in a newly created virtual onboarding program that provides general information and background about Pennrose and targeted information specific to each of their roles.

“Our Human Resources and Learning & Employee Development teams have done an outstanding job of onboarding these new employees during a period that many of our staff remain working remotely,” said Mark H. Dambly, President of Pennrose. “We look forward to working with each of our new employees and are already impressed with their level of dedication.”

The Developer and Associate Developers who began will support the Pennrose development pipeline of the regional offices in New York, Baltimore, Boston, and Philadelphia. Thomas Gibson joined Pennrose as Developer in the Baltimore office. Most recently serving as a U.S. Marine Corps Artillery Officer in Japan, Tom has also served as Vice President of Development for Stratford Capital Group and Project Director for Winn Development. Ryan Kiracofe joined as Associate Developer in the Boston office. Dwan Stark and Jane Christen began as Associate Developers who will support the New York office. Jesse Weiss returns to Pennrose as Associate Developer in the Philadelphia office after being part of the 2019 Summer Intern program.

The six qualified individuals who were selected for Pennrose’s 2020 Summer Intern program are currently enrolled in both graduate and undergraduate programs at various colleges and universities. The Summer Intern program is a long-standing tradition at Pennrose. Executives and department heads have always recognized and supported the importance of providing opportunities for students to gain meaningful work experience in the disciplines they are studying. The internship experience is aligned with company onboarding programs that provide a comprehensive introduction to the company and are tailored to specific roles.

Nicholas Parrilli, Simon Business School, University of Rochester, STEM Master of Business Administration, Strategy (minor in Finance)

Stewart Scott, University of Pennsylvania, Stuart Weitzman School of Design, Master of City and Regional Planning

Inderjeet Singh, Rowan University, Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance

Asset Management:

Liam Germain, University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor of Arts, Economics/Psychology (minor Computer Science)
