Pennrose Properties Designated as Resident Satisfaction Award Winners
February 12, 2018
Pennrose announced that 16 properties were designated as Resident Satisfaction award winners based on receiving award winning SatisFacts annual resident survey scores in 2017. All properties in the Pennrose portfolio, 103 locations, participated in the resident survey program to set a benchmark for customer experience at all of the company’s locations. All employees also participated in Service training, delivered by the Pennrose Learning & Employee Development department, to enhance the level of service site teams are providing to residents, vendors, and colleagues.
To qualify for the Resident Satisfaction award, a property must receive an average score of 4.0 or higher and have a minimum of 25 completed surveys. Winning properties were: Baldwin’s Run, Cherry Hill Senior, Dorado Village, Falls Ridge, Heritage at Alexander Hamilton, Herman E. Kapp Senior Residences, Limerick Green, Maple Shade Mews, Overlook Park, Plant 64, Temple Apartments, The Gateway at Summerset, The Vue, Trinity House, Uplands Rental, and Wyman House.
“We had undertaken the survey in 2017 to set a benchmark before our teams went through Service training,” said Lee J. Felgar, president of Pennrose Management Company. “We were thrilled to see that residents at so many of our properties, both market rate and affordable, already feel that we provide a high customer experience level.”
Pennrose plans to conduct the resident survey throughout the portfolio again in September of 2018, and expects that more properties will be designated as Resident Satisfaction award winners.
