Pennrose Management Company Earns Professional Accreditation

Pennrose Management Company (PMC), headquartered in Philadelphia, has earned the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) accreditation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The AMO accreditation is the only one in the industry that recognizes excellence among real estate management firms. Companies that earn it must demonstrate the highest standards in professional service, financial stability and accountability, and have a Certified Property Manager (CPM) directing and supervising the real estate management team. In addition, AMO firms must abide by the rigorous AMO Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.

Pennrose Management Company was founded in 1981 to provide management services to properties developed by Pennrose. Today, PMC manages nearly 140 market rate, mixed-income, and mixed-use properties, totaling more than 9,400 units, for Pennrose and other owners. The company is currently active in six states and the District of Columbia.

PMC is regularly recognized for the expertise of its staff, and has won numerous awards for excellence in service, including being recognized as the New Jersey Apartment Association’s Management Company of the Year in 2015. In 2017, Pennrose was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the Philadelphia area’s “Best Places to Work.”
