Pennrose Wins 14 NJAA Garden State Awards of Excellence

Philadelphia, Pa. (Nov. 17, 2014) – Pennrose Management Company, one of the nation’s leading multifamily and mixed-use property management companies, won 14 awards at the 2014 Annual Garden State Awards of Excellence. Presented each year by the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA), the awards recognize industry professionals and their properties that represent the best in multifamily rental housing within the state. The awards were presented on Thursday, October 30, 2014, at a recognition dinner at the Hilton Hotel in East Brunswick, New Jersey. A record-setting crowd of more than 640 NJAA members and guests attended the 1920s-themed soiree.
