Pennrose Honored with 2014 MHN Excellence Award for John C. Anderson Apartments

Philadelphia, Pa. (Nov. 5, 2014) – A landmark development by Pennrose Properties, LLC in partnership with the dmhFund, has won a 2014 MHN Excellence Award for distinction within the multifamily industry. John C. Anderson Apartments, one of the nation’s first LGBT-friendly senior affordable developments located in Philadelphia, was recognized at a VIP reception in October in New York City. Each year, these awards, hosted by Multi-Housing News, are given to the multifamily industry’s most noteworthy people, companies and properties. Judges consist of industry veterans from a range of sectors, including asset management, development and interior design.
