Pennrose Announces Lopa P. Kolluri as Vice President of Operations

Philadelphia, PA – May 13, 2013 – Pennrose, a leading real estate development and management company focused on multifamily communities, is proud to announce that Lopa P. Kolluri has been named Vice President of Operations. Kolluri will be responsible for managing Pennrose’s development team, evaluating hiring needs and prioritizing employee allocation.

Kolluri joins Pennrose from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where she helped Secretary Shaun Donovan advance HUD 's mission as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Strategy. While there, she managed the operations of the Secretary's office in conjunction with HUD's program, policy, legislative and communications divisions. Kolluri was also active in the development of the New Jersey operation for the Federal Taskforce for Hurricane Sandy. She previously served as the Assistant State Treasurer for Economic Development for the State of New Jersey, Director of Housing and Community Resources for New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and Policy Director at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. Kolluri was listed in the New Jersey Business Journal's top 10 Power List in 2013.
