Vice President of Maintenance
Dave Craft began with Pennrose as Vice President of Maintenance in October 2020. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of maintaining the physical assets of all sites in the organization, executing capital plans, managing on-site insurance claims administration, recruiting and training of Regional Maintenance Managers, and managing the teams that contribute to these activities.
With nearly 20 years of maintenance, management, and construction experience, Dave most recently served as Director of Maintenance for TM Associates Management, Inc., where he was responsible for planning and implementing capital improvements, insurance claims, maintenance system monitory, and vendor bid review and contract negotiation. He has also held property management and construction superintendent positions within the multifamily and real estate industry.
Dave is a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) from the National Apartment Association and has his Uniformed Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) certification from HUD. His other certifications include EPA 608, Certified Mold Inspector, OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Certificate, Credential for Green Property Management (CGPM), Section 504 compliance, and is a Spectrum Training Award Recipient (S.T.A.R. RD 515).
