As Senior Developer Patrick Stewart is actively involved in all aspects of the real estate development process including financial analysis and feasibility, assembling and leading the development team, securing entitlements, and overseeing construction, lease-up, and stabilized occupancy. He has secured six competitive 9% LIHTC awards since he began with Pennrose in 2013. His experience with the RAD program includes Stone Grove Crossing where he secured a 9% LIHTC allocation for the $17MM first phase, and in achieving a solution to a unique Fair Housing issue that nearly prevented the project from moving forward; as well as a 9% LIHTC award for the second phase of the project’s CHAP, a $20M off-site replacement new construction project. Patrick’s work for Pennrose is motivated by a desire to positively transform and revitalize communities.
Patrick received his Master of City Planning from University of Pennsylvania – PennDesign and his Certificate of Real Estate Design & Development, from PennDesign/Wharton School of Business
