As Closeout Coordinator, Dian assists development teams with the later stage development activities, i.e. closeout. Specifically, the moment when a lease-up is being completed and is converting from construction period financing to a permanent loan. The position interfaces directly with property management transition management, asset management, and third-party managers
Dian joined Pennrose in 2008 as Associate Developer working primarily within the Southeastern states. Most recently she has demonstrated her ability to choreograph the assembly and submission of complicated closeout documentation for many of our large-scale RAD transactions in Georgia and Tennessee.
