| DESCRIPTION: |
Handling resident certifications and re-certifications; audit preparation; compliance issues; annual tax credit report preparation; assisting w/ rent-ups on an as need basis. Also involved is a high level of interaction with owners, regulatory agencies and syndicators. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: |
At least 2 years related exprience, certification or pursuing certification in Tax Credit Compliance; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and independent. Valid driver's license. |
