General maintenance skills in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, minor drywall repairs, preventive maintenance. Responsible for groundskeeping, also. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: |
At least 1 year experience in carpentry, basic electrical, and plumbing. Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to life heavy equipment. |
