| DESCRIPTION: |
General maintenance skills in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, minor drywall repairs, preventive maintenance, apartment turnover, also groundskeeping. Responsible for the maintenance of the buildings and grounds on which you are assigned. Common area cleaning, apartment cleaning, minor repairs, and minor preventive maintenance. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: |
At least 2 years experience in carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing. Ability to work independently. Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. |
