I have lived at Marlton for 2 years and I enjoy its perfect location. Close to all of the subway lines and great restaurants. My apartment faces Fairmount Park and the Please Touch Museum. It is very quiet and peaceful. The building staff is excellent and the building is kept clean and in good repair. Five stars!
