Mark H. Dambly started his career at Pennrose Properties in 1992, joining the firm as a Vice President and partner.   As President, he is responsible for overseeing and guiding the firm's development teams through every phase of the complex development process, from initial financing applications and approvals through closings and construction completion.  

Mr. Dambly is especially adept at facilitating and coordinating the creative financing techniques needed to develop quality affordable, multi-family and market rate housing. He has coordinated developmental financing through a broad range of sources, including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, general obligation bonds, and HUD and HOPE VI grants.  

Along with his development responsibilities, Mr. Dambly leads the firm's business development efforts.   While seeking opportunities for future business, he establishes and maintains relationships with municipals leaders, agencies, and lenders.   

Prior to joining Pennrose Properties, Mr. Dambly owned and operated a successful custom home building business.

Mr. Dambly is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Insurance. He serves on the Board of Penn State Brandywine, the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania, the Regional Housing Legal Services Institute for Economic Development ,the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
